Erik Pampalone

Erik Pampalone is a founder and CEO of Naya.  Prior to founding Naya Erik provided executive management services for customers of PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG and Oracle Corporation. Erik has managed the flagship service company Naya Fresh Body Spa and has helped invent and bring to market the company’s first product, the NayaTouch.  He has a B.S. in biology from the University of California, San Diego. Erik is Vice President of the Chatsworth Business Improvement District.


 

Michael Lowe

Michael Lowe is a founder and Chief Engineer in Residence of Naya Touch. Mike's major contribution to Naya is his role in the design, engineering, manufacturing and production of our Naya products. Mike serves as Vice President of Research & Development for a leading manufacturer in the U.S. He has 17 years of product development experience and earned a B.S. in Industrial Design from San Jose State University.


 

Marie Patterson

Marie Patterson is a founder and Director of Facilities for Naya Touch.  Marie is responsible for spa operations and marketing for the Naya Fresh Body Spa.  Marie helped invent and bring to market the NayaTouch Series 1 product. Prior to founding Naya, Marie provided private consultation as a nurse, administered in hospitals, studied natural medicine in Peru, and earned a degree in Biology from Seattle University. Marie is also a Board Member and Executive Director of Lullalee Literacy for Children, a nonprofit outreach for under privileged and infirmed youth.


 

Alacrity Strategies

The management team has partnered with Alacrity Strategies to help execute the vision and strategy for the company. Alacrity Strategies is a professional business strategy firm that specializes in connecting and assisting small to medium sized organization with business constitution, product design, finance, legal, product marketing, sales strategy, and healthy growth.  Alacrity Strategies has and provides direct access to executives, including CEO’s, CFO’s, COO’s, professional management, and product specialists.  For Naya Touch, Alacrity Strategies provides business strategy and management through a founding partnership, expanded ecosystem, and ongoing relationships for the sake of caring for all domains of concern for the business.


 

Steve Osborn

Steve Osborn  is responsible for managing the legal affairs of Naya Touch.  In addition to his role at Naya Touch, Steve also serves as Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel for CoreMD, Inc., a health data management company.  Prior to that, Steve was an attorney with the international law firm Baker & McKenzie, where he regularly advised public and private companies on all aspects of corporate finance and general corporate law.  He has represented companies in public and private securities offerings that have raised over $1 billion and that have involved companies in a wide variety of industries, including health care and biotechnology.  Steve earned a B.A., cum laude, from Washington and Lee University and a law degree from Georgetown University.
